After the humiliation of the opening match vs Norway, this wasn't too much more comforting. The result is ultimately positive, although just the two goals at home vs Moldova leaves much to be desired. The main dissatisfaction comes from the shakiness of the defence (18 shots conceded, 7 on target, 19 opposition touches in our box, 1.05xG conceded). Nicolaescu was a thorn in our side and they straight out should've scored. Spalletti should've been gone after the Euros, this is not the way.
