a latvia goal in THE year of 2026? 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 i will be riding this high until the next match. i was about to lose it all when we were 2-0 down for most of the match, but my country managed to save me. they pulled me out of the trenches. when i dream, i will dream of that moment. when i wake up, the first thing i will think of is that goal. when i watch any match from now on, all i will think about is how (almost) nothing will compare to the absolute EUPHORIA the goal gave me. when i have children, i will respectively name them markuss strods and latvia vs montenegro 1-2. because a moment like this should be immortalised. when they ask me why i named them after this match, despite losing? hah. i’ll tell them it’s to remind them, and myself, that even the things which seem impossible can indeed happen. will i be this happy in the next match? absolutely not! i’ll be back in the trenches. but for now, i will allow myself to enjoy the One goal that LATVIA scored. i think that i deserve that. and how could i not mention my beloved rye, who has sat through these painful matches with me? i am glad that we were able to witness history together. WE WILL NEVER FORGET 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
