Osnabruck took the fight to Bayern in this one. They started off the game perfectly by grabbing a fantastic long-ranged goal in the first five. After that, Bayern woke from their slumber and got two back before the break. When the game resumed, it slowed down as the result of some intense pressure from Osnabruck to be able to hold off the double winners. An Olise chip and a Kane penalty came in the remaining 20 minutes, ultimately putting the tie to bed. Osnabruck put in an impressive performance despite the final score, and Bayern showed they were able to weather threats to their crown on German football. They did look a bit shakey at the back to begin with though, with Urbig looking unable to handle some of the pressure. Regardless, they'll want to make this the season were they can acclaim their third ever treble.
