Pachuca managed a win last time out against strugglers Juarez, a comfortable 0-2 away win with goals from talisman Salomon Rondon and Alán Bautista to seal the victory. They are unbeaten in 3 (W1 D2) but suffered 5 losses in the previous 7 before that in all competitions. Coach Benjamín Mora will be looking to increase the small gap between Pachuca and Atlante, being only 1 point between them. Pachuca suffer with injury blows to Colombian midfielder Andrés Arroyo and young attacker Alexéi Dominguez. In the last 5 competitive meetings between the 2 sides, it has been split, with 2 wins for each side and a 1-1 draw. The last Liga MX match between the two was a 0-1 away win for Atlante in February 2014. 12 years ago! Much more recently, Atlante also defeated Pachuca 0-4 in a friendly of December 2025.
