A pulsating, high stakes European thriller at Easter Road that completely delivered after a cagey first leg. Following a scoreless stalemate in Belgium, the game exploded into life when Gent struck before halftime. Hibernian showed immense character to roar back through to lead 2-1. However, Gent's resilience shone through as they leveled before a heartbreaking late own goal sealed a 3-2 victory for the visitors.
