a match like this always brings back good memories (especially during a shitty international break..). this was the first match back after that abysmal 2023/2024 season and we really showed up this match! königsdorffer immediately scored just 5 minutes in and then another 30 minutes later. over the match, köln tried to score their first goal and our defense was surprisingly really strong which i wasn't used to. only the last few minutes were really too close to my liking. köln scored and then they tried to keep pushing to score that second goal. luckily our defense was also strong in those moments and we didn't concede that second goal. overall, a close match up that we deserved to win!
