it’s one of those defeats that leaves you feeling empty, wondering "what if?" once again, i was left believing we could actually make it far. the hope felt real, and i felt so connected to this mexico squad, something i haven’t felt since 2014. to witness this beautiful, historic run on home soil, backed by the love and passion of the fans, was truly special. we came so close, but this is where the journey ends. this heartbreak is going to last for a while, but i couldn’t be prouder of this team. if this tournament showed us anything, it’s that the future is bright with the players we have. thank you for the memories. viva mexico 🇲🇽❤️
