It's a 5/5 for entertainment but a 1/5 for disappointment, so I'll average it out to a 3 star to make it fair. That Zubimendi mistake for their equaliser was a travesty that completely blew the game open, although to be fair they had had a couple of big moments right before the equaliser and if not for Saliba intervening on Bruno Fernandes it could've happened sooner. United never seemed in "control" of the game, but they didn't need to be as they looked solid despite our statistical superiority. They always had a nasty sting in their tail and, more importantly, looked more confident in finding creative patterns of play (as for Dorgu's wonder strike). Conceding yet another amazing out-of-the-box screamer was disappointing having just clawed back the result, but as with the previous goal we should've closed them down better. What a start for Carrick, with two successive wins against the Top 2 sides in his first two matches. Slightly annoyed Amorim couldn't stay a little longer tbh...
