It was a decent game. Great result for Atlante and a terrible one for Club America. As a Club America fan, our squad is terrible and once again it showed today like it did last week. Violante was the only one actually doing something just like last week. What annoys me is the fact that WE HAVENT EVEN MADE A SIGNING YET. Two games into the new season and not a single signing was made and I’ve yet to see us linked to a player. Supposedly we’re going to sign 4 players but like WHEN??? We also have multiple players out injured and a few on a “break” for going to the WC. Players like Brian Rodriguez and Caceres, who went to the WC with a Uruguay, were eliminated a MONTH AGO and neither were in the squad for these first two games. Meanwhile, im seeing Paredes play a full 90 for Boca Juniors when he was just at the WC final A WEEK AGO. Then theres Henry Martin, he’s just absolutely washed man. From four consecutive Liga MX finals to this mediocre squad. 🫩 💔
