sad for canada but having a constant fast-paced pressing for the first 45’ is just not sustainable. very obvious that their legs were tired and passing/shot selection was declining because of it. a shame bc they showed heart but sometimes it’s better to stretch out the game plan than rush into things, especially for knockout stages. another problem for canada is jonathan david bc wow he is absolutely horrible for the team - cant hold possession, bad first touches, can’t finish. gotta have someone better than him up front for the serious games like this. as for morocco, i think I prefer their red kits.
