The best 1-0 result I’ve seen in a long time, both teams hit the post numerous times and in the end the better team, that being Ivory Coast, are rewarded with a late winner by sub amad diallo. They look really solid and they are definitely on upset watch for their game against Germany. As for Ecuador, football is a cruel, cruel game and even though they played great, their chances of advancing to the knockouts just got a little bit smaller.
