Chile came out swinging and for the first half hour this was genuinely more competitive than the final scoreline suggests Bielsa’s side pushed and had chances looked like they might actually hold Brazil then 2 goals in 4 minutes absolutely caved them in Juan headed a beautiful corner at 34’ and 3 minutes later Kaká slid a pass of outrageous precision through the entire Chilean defence and Fabiano rounded Bravo and finished like a man with a prior arrangement with the net Chile’s spirit dissolved on the spot Robinho then curled in a gorgeous third after a Ramires run that was frankly humiliating for everyone trying to keep up Joachim Löw was in the stands watching and presumably taking extensive notes Narrative: 3 Tactics: 3.5 Chances: 3 Goals: 4 Drama: 2 3/5
