Despite having Uruguay as one of my dark horses to go far in the tournament, I just really have to applaud the dedication and determination brought by the Cape Verde players, staff and overall fans. Although they drove out two 0-0s and a 2-2, respect has to be given to Cape Verde and more specifically Vozinha. Removing the blunders against Uruguay, he is the sole reason why Cape Verde are where they are, he has carried them on his back through thick and thin in this tournament. Although their tournament will more than likely come to an end against Argentina, it has been class to watch the atmosphere and buzz around that nation.
