“Internally, Liverpool dont believe a specialist number 6 is required” “Liverpool are not prioritising a right back. This is to ensure they dont block Connor Bradleys return” “Liverpool are not seeking to add a Left back this summer, as Tsimikas comes back from loan - essentially a new signing” I am done with stupid “journalist” hitpieces articles covering every single corner of the majorly flawed backroom staff at the moment. The sooner Richard Hughes goes the better. How can you possibly expect a team to get better after letting go of Salah, Robertson and Jones to name a few, but dont actively seek to replace them. Salah is quite frankly, the worst of it all, he fell out last december with the club, That was 9 MONTHS AGO YOU CAN START LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENTS and yet, you settle for a 17 year old lad who is naturally a left winger, another young prospect (also left winger) and chiesa (who brings in a sick note each week) Will we get better with tac tics? Yes. Will we be in the trenches for more seasons? Also yes. This is such a missed opportunity for the club to pounce back and instead settle for mediocrity. TRENCHES
