not giving beach a chance at pens after the performance he put up this campaign was criminal. then, shockingly, they follow this egregious decision up by letting a 19 year old take what was arguably the decisive pen in the shootout. unreal. but then again i knew this team was cooked administratively (tactically) about 30 seconds into the match against the USMNT.
