Another lacklustre performance from Liverpool and I really can’t fathom why Liverpool won’t sack Slot and just get Alonso in when he’s days away from being Chelsea’s new manager. Really would be a missed opportunity. Villa played brilliantly and their attack was very fluid today, but Liverpool’s midfield gets played through so easily which exposes their backline which ain’t the fastest to start with.
