a win is a win, i’ll take that all day. it’s not often we get three points. at least we semi-controlled the game and had a decent amount of possession. we’re lucky congo are ass though, it’s gonna be a very long day when we play cameroon 😭 we do have a few gems in the first team, petrus and muzeu in particular, but we also have way too many washed uncs 😭 shalulile isnt that great for us, but then he goes back to his club and turns into a top striker. it’s genuinely ridiculous. our u20s are somehow better than our first team 😭 they’re actually competent in the final third, which is something our first team seriously lacks. i have hope that we might actually qualify for the world cup within the next 10 years at this rate. the u20s topped their group in the afcon qualifiers without conceding a single goal, and i’m genuinely excited to see how they do in the knockouts.
