Never have I experienced so much joy during a football match, it was insane and perfect from the first to the last second of the game. We were quite lucky to not get battered at the metropolitano and get a decent 2-1 loss result, but this game simply had everything. Starting with the insane atmosphere at the signal Iduna Park, it was insane. Maatsen scores a wonderful goal to take the 3-2 lead on aggregate in a perfect first half from Dortmund. Then the second half starts horribly, with Atlético scoring 2 goals, which means 4-3 on aggregate for Atlético. Then Füllkrug equalizes with a beautiful header and a few minutes later, it was just an explosion of happiness and joy. Sabitzer, who ironically missed the best chance in the first half takes the ball and shoots it into the bottom corner and we advance into the semifinal, the atmosphere in the stadium, the insane importance of the goal and everything about this game was just perfect and I don’t think I will experience something like this again in a long time.
