well, one part of one of the greatest careers in the history of the sport comes to a close tonight. it’s a shame to see the international career of somebody i used to hold in such high regard end in such a way with his ego becoming bigger than the success of his country. without ronaldo, i think portugal could’ve made to the last 4 at a minimum. i guess we’ll never know. another golden generation killed by a manager who somehow managed to already disappoint with the best team belgium will ever have.
