Waited all summer and got excited for this. A disgraceful performance from everybody on that pitch today. Brentford were better in every single facet of the game. Spurs looked slow and couldn’t cope with anything Brentford were doing. RDZ got it all wrong starting Bergvall, and other key players like Porro/VDV were out. To be fair, Tottenham only started with 3 possible first-team players when everyone is healthy. Not even trying to cope, we got smashed today and we must be better moving forward. Charlton this week and Newcastle at home next weekend. I am staying optimistic things will get better.
