Utrecht are really having some issues this season, with the main thing being Anthony Correia not being able to properly use his successful 523 system he used at Telstar. It’s still pretty similar but theres too many complex changes to the system which ends up harming the team more than anything. Imo the biggest issue for them is that they dont have enough defenders who can build up, which really is the most important part of the whole system. So far it really feels like a mismatch between Correia his tactical plans + play style, and Utrecht their squad. There were some lovely goals too though, Olimpico from Peer Koopmeiners, funnily enough the last two (including this one) Olimpico goals in the Eredivisie were both scored by him. Chavez played great too with two assists. Both the goals of Patati and Oufkir were rather impressive as well.
