This is easily the most entertaining league in Europe but people never watch lmao. 3rd game this weekend to end 4-1, two other games ended 3-1 and then one 2-1 game, so many goals its just fun. Glad i slept early to watch this at least lmao. Groningen look incredible, they had a good season last year but i think theyll do even better this season. Especially if Van Bergen keeps up, i probably already mentioned it last week in my review but stat wise he was one of the best strikers last season, just couldn’t get his goals, but he scored in both games so far. He shouldve had more goals though today. But Groningen should’ve scored more in general, easily couldve scored 10 goals today like actually. But Nikiema is a great goalie, and he showed that today again. Meanwhile Groningen their goalie got an assist, hes still a vile cunt though fuck Vaessen. Expected more from ADO today, played an awful game really, so many mistakes in defense as well its just rather silly. Thom van Bergen still man of the match though, goal and assist, shouldve had more but what does it matter he was great. Unrelated to the football being played here but also much more important tbh, i love how many clubs have shown support in their own ways after games for Mats Seuntjens who lost his young daughter, Groningen now as well. Especially the one from NAC where he currently plays was really beautiful, lowkey makes me tear up even thinking about that.
