Didnt watch because fuck the evil capitalism of paywalling this behind some random streaming service. Especially for a friendly where mostly backups would be used anyway since we play Shelbourne on Thursday. Good for Don Leo to get a goal, good for Tolu to get a goal, Gaaei with his bi-annual screamer as god intended or something. Mostly looking through the stats and we looked incredibly dominant. Im actually so excited for this next season, even when we had Farioli i wasnt this excited because while we won it wasnt ever convincing really. Super tight games often. Now we just look so much better than our opponents, obviously you need to be better than Volendam, they are a KKD team, but our youth players just did great too. With Brandt not in the team yet and still multiple signings that will be made. And the elephant in the room, no Godts at all during this game, which means we can actually do things without him. Edvardsen played there today, i do not think we go into the season with Edvardsen as starting winger. Hes good as backup but not more than that tbh, i hope we do make a signing there, im a little afraid we push Gloukh to the left and have Brandt start central, with Ouazane as back up for the 10 position. I would prefer to keep Gloukh central as he performed well there. But thats it for the friendlies, next up Shelbourne that i wont be able to watch unfortunately, and then the Eredivisie starts next weekend which is hype.
