While i did enjoy watching this I would’ve rated it much higher if there wasn’t a 9th minute red card. Fastest red card in the Johan Cruijff Schaal ever, and also Veerman his first ever red in his career lmao. But even with 10, the by far best team in the country should not lose 0-4 in basically a home game too. Reminds me of Ajax losing 0-4 in the super cup with also a red card lmao, that actually annoyed me back then. It showed the weakness of PSV that they have shown throughout pre season, they need transfers asap. Im a big hater of Leeroy Echteld, i just think he’s rather mediocre as manager. But subbing out his extra defender for a more attacking player worked great after PSV their red. De Busser also had nice saves. AZ in general looked fun, i hate them but they still played decent i cant really deny that. Youthful team as well. Either way, i see a chance for Ajax to actually be competitive this season lmao because PSV look roughhhhhh.
