Definitely a boring match. Cameroon parked the bus and were impenetrable. And we had a chance to still it at the death but instead of sending up el Haj a proven penalty taker they sent up a dumb ass forward who missed and don’t get me started on that dumb ass penalty shootout. Cameroon’s keeper has been great all tournament but still no excuse. Congrats to Cameroon.

reviewing late bc the reviews were closed earlier for some reason (#shade tbh) BUT oh my god. i watched the first half on the plane and the guy next to me looked over and said “do you know i’m also cameroonian” and we had a good little chat! finally went back and watched pens as i was listening to the audio while driving. hopefully bihinas performance gets her a contract higher up in liga because she has been key to cameroon’s performance this tourney at only 22!!

Decent game but not too great, mostly just Cameroon defending for their lives. Morocco did much better and should’ve scored, especially when they got a penalty in the 116th minute or something. But Bihina wasnt fucking around, saving that penalty and then saving multiple penalties in the shootout as well, incredible performance from her. Dont think anyone expected a Malawi - Cameroon final either, so fun.
