Angel City1 - 2San Diego WaveBeautiful end to end game that was exciting for the full 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Wave finally beats Angel City in the regular season for the first time in team history. Was well worth the 5 hours round trip to attend. Great Wave FC performance all around! Sad that this was probably my last time watching Uncle play in person 🥲 but yay for Cat! I’m so excited to see what she can do for Wave once she is healthy. As a Wave fan I will be doing my best to forget this match. Houston’s rookies made a good debut performance but I’m disappointed the Van Zanten sisters weren’t on the field at the same time. At least I got some good pictures and got to see some of my favorite Wave players who have left us in recent years🥲 All photos posted with my review are taken by me (@ 14llison on Reddit/IG). Orlando Pride2 - 1Angel CityThis game made me forget life’s problems for 90+ minutes. If anyone missed this game… watch from the 60th minute to the end. Will be available on NWSL+ within a few days. Chicken came in clutch for Orlando but Angel City put up a good fight. Sarah Gordon is THAT girl! Mike Watts and Lori Lindsey’s commentary was the icing on the cake.

Was this an NWSL record number of penalties in a game? Absolute insanity. The players were exhausted by the end of the game. Lots of horrendous defensive mistakes on both sides but a must watch for anyone who missed it!

Adelaide United1 - 1Auckland
Very entertaining watch for the neutrals. As an American, this was worth ruining my sleep schedule for. The fight and tenacity of these two teams so close to the top of the table was absolutely unmatched. As a Jets fan, I’m scared of both of these teams. Huge shoutout to Hilton for his performance in his first game! Get this man a starting spot asap. American fans can watch the A-League on ESPN

Dudinha masterclass versus what has otherwise been a very good Portland team this year. Hoping to see more from Godfrey and Barcenas this year. The Tordin goal was a bummer to give up but the team rebounded with energy, especially for a mid-week game. All photos posted with my review are taken by me (@ 14llison on Reddit/IG).
