writing this from the viewpoint of a Brighton fan. it has been such a long time i have seen since i have seen arsenal football so completely outclassed and outperformed. akin to PSG in the Champions League semi-finals, Brighton so completely and so totally controlled the flow of the game. the qualities they had are EXACTLY what arsenal lack in big stages; Not being wasteful in front of goal, the quickness of decision making in tight spaces, the surplus offensive and defensive ruthlessness, cunning in transition, Arsenal were so inferior. As an Arsenal fan i feel absolutely no anger or dissapointment in my heart, we were so unbelievably the worse team i can’t even look at this Brighton side in disbelief, they were an absolute classy Rolls Royce of a side.

city scamming wins against newly promoted teams in 2026 is why i despise this club when you are love-watching they play like they have HiV but when you’re hate-watching theyre the best side you have ever seen. 80th minute they’re 9 isn’t even up top he is defending corners. absolutely abysmal. i hate this club coventry could have scored 3 but can’t finish to save their lives my God they were awful. an overral lack of quality is what separated the two sides. otherwise coventry could have taken this. that Awoniyi guy has chlamydia.

some thoughts: ooooooh Harvey barnessss - Bournemouth had an overall lack of quality in the midfield, so Newcastle were able to easily transition - Bournemouth, however, had more attacking quality up top, so Newcastle lost their transitions in the first half and Bournemouth capitalized on that quality of attack to get their first goal - Newcastle are trying to build up from the back, but there is such a lack of quality in their fullbacks and centerbacks they almost conceded and they lose the ball often overall good mid-table football
