No goals but decently enjoyable regardless. Colombia continue to impress, i rated them going into this tournament but have grown to like them even more. Its also very lovely to see James playing well, one of my favorite players of all time. I think they will by far be the favorites going into the game against Ghana, should be fine but la pelota esta redonda, as Cruijff used to say. Portugal started rough first 25 minutes, but they found their footing in the latter part of the first half. Second half was more of the same, Colombia being dominant with Portugal only getting a few chances in. Portugal just really havent looked good this tournament at all, you’d expect more from their team but with a striker who doesn’t bring much you tend to struggle. I specifically remember one shot where Ronaldo was frustrated he didnt get the ball, then dropped back a little to take a ball and shoot from like 23 meters while his back was still to the goal. Obviously that got easily blocked before he could even shoot. Colombia scoring in the last minute but that was called offside, looked onside initially but ill just believe their system. Man of the match James because i thought he did great on the midfield and created some chances. Second choice would probably be Diogo Costa.
