Felt this game started rather slow, didn’t have too many expectations of Bodø here mostly because Bayern had dropped points last weekend. Game really got started in the second half, some really good goals from Bayern and it became really fun to watch. Very happy for Musiala that he could score. Of course Kane scored from a Olise assist. And then Davies scoring a banger that probably broke the sound barrier. Then Olise himself scoring an even more beautiful goal, and adding another late in the game. I dont think anyone is surprised to see Bayern winning their opening game, this is the 23rd consecutive year that they have won their opening game for the UCL after all. There are positives for the Norwegians, of course, first half i thought they were really able to keep up well. End of the day you play Bayern which is never easy, but i think Bodø/Glimt will have better results in the coming games. The defensive style of play is of course not ideal, but has been done more often by Knutsen in bigger away games. Its kinda unfortunate but oh well. The 5-0 doesn’t look pretty but it makes it look much worse than it really was as well. Ill give man of the match to Olise, what a fucking player.
