🏆 Arsenal 3-0 Coventry Perfect way to start the title defence. Comfortable from pretty much start to finish and probably should've been more than 3. Tzolis continues to impress me every time I watch him. He just looks dangerous whenever he gets involved and always seems like he's going to create something. Really liking what he adds to this Arsenal attack. 🔥 Havertz took his goal really well and Saka doing Saka things again. ⚽️ Ødegaard getting on the scoresheet was good to see as well. When those two on the right start combining and Ben White gets involved, it feels like the old Arsenal combinations are coming back. Coventry had a few moments early on but once Arsenal settled into the game, the difference in quality was pretty obvious. I also thought MLS looked comfortable in midfield and Rice was solid as always. Still think there's another level in this team though. We had enough chances and possession to make this 4 or 5, and against better opposition we'll need to be more ruthless. But you really can't complain about a 3-0 win, clean sheet and three points on opening night. After finally getting over the line last season, it was important that we started the title defence looking like champions rather than looking like a team feeling the pressure of being champions.
