Highly enjoyable end-to-end first half, followed by a much weaker second half. The fact Lens managed to not score is impressive though, they’ve had so many chances, like 21 shots as well. Biggest problem is that its just mostly Thauvin carrying for Lens. Mezian Mesloub Soares is such a great talent though, performed solidly off the bench at only 16. Very bright future for the lad. Sporting played alright, not too spectacular and also just punished a huge mistake in the Lens defense which more or less finished the game off. Irankunda and Suarez are incredible, especially love my Aussie goat. Kaique Pereira with his first start since May and he was unbelievable in net, im convinced he has some secret hatred for Lens.
