Entertaining game. Excellent atmosphere like always in St James’ Park and Newcastle thrived in it. Liverpool were very shaky and the Magpies capitalised on it, scoring 2 fantastic goals. Bit unfortunate that Liverpool undeservedly got a point from a late pen, but Newcastle can definitely go holding their heads up high. Players like Hall, Wissa and Hornicek had great games, but I’ll give motm to Miley, who bossed the midfield.
