Just over 90 minutes were played here. A game i dont have much to say about to be completely honest. A uninspiring Saudi Arabia against a Cabo Verde that was more than fine with just ending in a draw, thats pretty much the game explained lmao. So instead of saying a bunch of things about a awful game i will instead talk about the incredible achievement of Cabo Verde to qualify for the knockout, as second olace even. I think they were really underestimated going into this since not many, getting three draws in this group is a incredible achievement and they can already be very proud. Theyll face Argentina though so they either cause the biggest upset ever or get beaten comfortably. Saudi Arabia felt disappointing, just uninspiring this whole tournament like i said earlier. Felt as if they didnt want to play for their country or something. Deservedly finishing last and hopefully for them they fix their issues for in 4 years time. Ill give Kevin Pina (Lenini?) man of the match, was the best on the pitch in my opinion, not really any actual standouts.
