Alriiiiiight here we are. A game i looked forward to since its one of those games that really makes you feel its the world cup. It did not live up to those expectations at all though, after some time of thinking about it this is the worst game ive watched in 2026, i watch so much football every week from random youth games to random leagues to top 5 leagues, but this game is just the epitome of awful. Cant even say the defenders were good because they werent, attackers were shit whenever they finally had a chance, midfielders were lucky if a progressive pass arrived. That 95th minute goal changed nothing what I thought about this because for the first time in months i felt genuinely bored out of my mind. And than the worst part of all? The ref doubling the injury time for whatever reason, we did NOT need 12 minutes extra. Happy for Yirenkyi though, only 20 years and a big talent so this is massive. Will add Yirenkyi as man of the match but no one deserved it to be honest.

Game might as well of been 10 minutes long as it only woke up past 90' Heartbreak for Panama I think they deserved at least a point and I don't really see a way out of this group for them now, but I hope they surprise me. (Against Croatia, NOT England)
