This after the England game really was something, felt like they were trying to be worse. Panama their issues continued after last game with not being able to score, again Ghana they were the better team in large parts, today they played better at times as well. It sucks for them that after two games where they generally played well they are still eliminated. Croatia really have issues as well, the team is just so old, and while they have a huge advantage on experience they could use some younger players for explosiveness as well. Shouldve won 2-0 probably if they didnt miss that huge chance and it wouldve looked a lot more comfortable than, but they should be lucky they got the win here. Playing like this in future matches wont make them last long. Stanisic probably man of the match for me, strong in his duels and defensively while being important when going forward, also a brilliant assist, i love those kind of crosses they look very satisfying.

We won but literally nothing to be happy about. We keep making mistakes and we seriously lack chemistry between players. 1st half was disastrous to say the least but the changes we made in the 2nd half changed our style and led to Budimir's goal. Shooting practice everyday for everybody until the Ghana game, especially for Marco Pašalić...my brother in christ how the hell do you miss an empty goal!? Beating Ghana will be very difficult, especially if we play like we played today. Honestly, I wouldn't even mind being grouped because then at least I would be free from watching this Dalić ball. To end on a positive note, Baturina was class as always. It is such a joy to watch him play and he is for sure future of our national team. Also I am glad that we won on Modrić's 200th game for the national team, what an achievement and what a career he has had. He completely shaped our national team and set the standard for the future generations. We are so lucky to have him. Modrić od srca hvala ti za sve ❤️🇭🇷

Lowkey first half was entertaining and Panama had couple of chances but unfortunately they couldn’t finish. Croatia squad might have gotten a bit old and is coming to and end but there is one thing left, it’s their experience and patience and this is how they got the W today. Nothing much to say at least this group entertained us with the England 4-2 Croatia match .. 🇭🇷🇵🇦

Chat was very mixed today. I didn't learn much from today's games so far, but I did learn a new catchphrase, #LiveLaughLucas So here is a special analysis dedicated to OUR good friend and expert football fan @carbonfiverr The game started very cagey, Panama sat back slightly on the Croatia possession, which Croatia had very little chances from. Panama opened up as the game went on and got confident with their press, maybe a little overconfident as we'll talk about later. Croatia had a lethal finish missing from their arsenal throughout the first half, Budimir was getting very little service, the play was coming from the midfield and wide areas but never finding one of the best current target men (look at his LaLiga stats) in Europe. Second half was Panama's downfall, going back to the overconfidence in their press, Croatia found ways to use possession to beat the Panama press. The game was very open but I think we always felt that Croatia would use their quality to snatch it. The goal was well worked, simple cross across the face of goal, maybe the defence and keeper could've done better. But all it needed was a lethal striker, and guess what? Budimir was there to put it home. After the goal, Panama seemed quite rocked, they continued pressing but Croatia time and time again knew how to beat it with tactical adjustments. Pasalic had a huge chance to kill the game off, lovely over the top ball but he didn't finish his dinner in the end. I'd say it was a fair result, however as the scoreline shows, there wasn't much in it. Panama could've definitely got something if they were more clinical with their half chances and press.
