oops, i genuinely had no hope for Atlético… outside of Lee Kang-In tho, they’re lucky to have him 🥲
Atletico Madrid
Great match from both teams honestly, Atleti started very despite the absence from many key players. Malaga in their first match back really did perform well defensively and were very solid, but too much pressure generates an explosion. After not being able to score with all that pressure from Atleti, they knew the solution would be trying from outside the box. Simeone substitutions were perfectly timed and gave him the W. However, Malaga only lost because the shots were unstoppable otherwise it could’ve been a fair draw imo.
Atletico Madrid
probably should’ve log this since i watch about 20 minutes… i was convinced there would be a draw since both teams were solid defensively but atletico produced a few good chances + the screamer from kang in lee and a direct free kick
Atletico Madrid
These predictions keep falling my way somehow, maybe i have some knowledge about this sport after all! Rather mediocre game but that free kick goal alone deserves one extra star. Absolute banger. Hancko played a really great game so he gets man of the match.
Atletico Madrid
Think both teams battled well against each other in this game, with not much between them especially in the first half. Atletico had quality in depth, with their bench proving vital to the win in the end, Kang In Lee with a fantastic opener. A questionable foul saw a second goal scored from a free kick, both goals being fantastic to watch. A decent game overall, can’t go wrong on a Wednesday night.
Atletico Madrid
