I had fun. The first half was much better, but the second didn’t disappoint. I think we just saw the biggest difference between both teams and that’s the incredible defense Toluca has compared to Rayados. Whether it was in the air or on the ground, Toluca had it covered. Rayados tried their best, but they simply couldn’t break through the low block and Toluca played a great counter. Toluca is undeniably the best team in Liga MX right now and maybe in the last 5-6 years at least, possibly even better than Jardine’s America that won 3 leagues in a row not so long ago. Incredible what a great coach mixed with incredible signings can do for a team. If only others could follow suit! Give a great coach something to work with and he will turn it into gold!

Glad Toluca won, they deserved it as well with Monterrey playing awful most of the game (and cheating their way to the final). Toluca have looked good in general this season they could probably make something happen in Liga MX too. Game did get boring though only the first 20 mins or so were really really good. Anyway here are the two cats im babysitting for my sister.

Feisty at times but yeah the way the match went you just felt Rayados could not score and they didn’t it was just painful miss after painful miss. Felt like Rayados were attacking the whole match, meanwhile Toluca was way more clinical and scored two goals with the chances they got.
