Jesus Christ. I think the loss to Czechia has killed all of our momentum, this was one of the worst Ireland performances of all time. We were genuinely outplayed for the whole 90. We were good defensively for most of the game and started picking up the pace a bit in the second half but after they got their goal we fell apart. If it wasn’t for Kelleher, we would have lost maybe 2-0 or 3-0. Trying to mount a comeback with the players we had on the bench was laughably ineffective. Just not good. Perhaps you could say absolute shite.
