overall this scoreline was very expected (there honestly could've been even more goals) but it was nice to see hebc being able to keep up with dortmund in the first 30 minutes, very impressive of them considering they play in the fifth division!! yes, WE love you hebc 💜🤍 dortmund's style of play was so confusing at first because why did they make hebc perform better against them than hsv performed against them a few days ago 😭 but when the first goals were scored they finally locked in and played like expected matches like these honestly make the dfb-pokal so special and it's the reason why i love this tournament so so much

couldn't watch the full 90 minutes but from what i saw it was very entertaining! was lowkey a little worried that barca would bottle it when rayo scored to make it 3-2 but luckily they didn't 😅 i especially liked raphina and lamine today, good stuff from those two

this was genuinely the most beautiful match ive ever seen in my life 🥹 solely for the fact that this match was the one that got us promoted and ended our painful 7 year stint in the 2. bundesliga definitely puts in my top 3 matches ever! and of course we had to win this match in the most hsv fashioned way ever by conceding a goal not even 10 minutes in but then coming back with 6 goals (!!). every single of our 6 goals were very beautiful (yes, even the own goal by the ulm player..) but my favorite goal definitely was königsdorffer's first goal in the 42nd minute! the cherry on top was definitely the scenes after the final whistle had been blown where basically everyone in the stadium stormed the pitch and then celebrated with the players, it was beautiful to watch. sadly i wasn't there to watch it live in the stadium but i was there at the promotion party a week later in hamburg and that was very fun! overall, i don't think i will ever forget this match. it was the most perfect way to end our painful stay in the 2. bundesliga. NUR DER HSV 💙🤍🖤
