This was the 1000th world cup match and only one team came to play. The same day Curacao gained its first ever World Cup point, Tunisia didn't even try.
"The Useless Island" with a population of 150k got its first point in the world cup. A country which hasn't even got independence, was declared autonomous just in 2010. Scoreline, tactics doesn't explain the significance of this point. Hats off to Room.

Arsenal and Gabriel invented swarming and holding the keeper and these refs legalized them by never calling them. Now all of a sudden its a foul. And for any other GK, he needs to be stronger, right? Absolute farce. Couldn't put it better than this tweet:

Probably the lowest quality semi final of champions league in a while. Dont feel like giving a motm because nobody deserves it. People may say Gyokeres for running at defenders, but he is a footballer not a donkey so I refuse to rate someone for running around.
