De la Fuente humbly subbed Lamine Yamal off because if not it would've been a 6-0. They really needed to redeem themselves in this one, but I thought it'd be a tighter game. Saudi was very poor in every sense.
Forgive me gods of football, but I left at HT cuz I could tell how this game would end (and I was exhausted). Hence, I don't feel it'd be fair to rate it.
SNOOZE FEST PT3 (AGAIN ECUADOR). Jesus Ecuador is sooo overrated by South-American pundits. You can't win a game by defending. In all fairness, goalie pulled off a masterclass. This world cup really is giving us such masterful goalie displays!!

Spain disasterclass. Terrible lineup by de la Fuente. Rodri the worst BdO of all times, ghosting the whole game. Pedri only backward passes. Cucurella the only decent player, glad to see the only Madrid player did something. In all honesty, the heat literally cooked them up, they were all sweating their balls off. On the other hand, Cape Verde knew what they had to do and they did it masterfully. What a display of top tier haramball. What a goalie tho, he isn't even that tall and still managed to cook.

Vini is on top form and I'm so ready for it, what a player. Unfortunate that Raphinha got injured. Sad about all the offsides, especially in Endrick's goal. This Brazil is fun to watch. Very solid defense too.
