Lots of time wasting from the Suriname keeper, a random red card (we have no idea why he was sent off) , a goal disallowed for offside (we never got to see a good angle) , 12 minutes of stoppage time (lowkey should’ve been more) , and a screamer from outside the box at the 97th minute from an LAFC academy player. It seems like they played for the draw in this match which in the end was what they got. ABSOLUTE FUCKING CINEMA 😭😭😭 EMBARRASSING loss for Costa Rica. Up 3-0 at HT after a dominant first half and I cant even lie, I thought this match was done because in most cases it would be. However, this was not one of “most cases” as things switched around as Curaçao was the dominant one in the second half after subs were made.
