Everytime any of our CBs fell i got a heart attack. 2 CBs left the game injured idk who’s available for both psg and real madrid. That Lo Celso banger should’ve stood but it unfortunately got ruled out for a handball 14 touches ago. This post international break Barca is showing that they can slow down otherwise before that we were full pace attacking even when we’re 3 goals up in the 80th minute. This is a good sign of maturity. Lamine Yamal is simply unreal. But the person we all need to appreciate today is Kounde who gave a solid performance and showed how hard he has been working to improve himself. Very difficult game. LaLiga refs are an embarrassment. Even getting a review in favour seems dodgy. consistency whatsoever. Betis were good but a man loss negatively impacted them.

Galatasaray1 - 4BarcelonaGood game in a tough stadium. It may seem Galatasaray had the edge in the first half but they honestly didn’t, it’s just barca wasn’t clicking well until the second half. The time wasted by var to rule out galatasaray’s second goal absolutely ruined the momentum of their team and I can’t blame them because we’ve been on that side many times. I was not scared when they scored the second (offside) goal because the team we have right now can overturn any results and it shows how far we’ve come. Joao Cancelo is on a generational run and so is Adeyemi and Gordon, tho Gordon needs a little more belief that he can finish chances but overall he is amazing. The second half by Lamine Yamal and the synergy of the whole team was unreal. I also love that the team slowed down after the fourth goal as there’s gonna be a game every 3 days this month so need to gain fatigue by trying too hard on a winning game.

Idk if it was an anti-fatigue instructions by Flick but the team didnt look as hungry as they used to. Also, I’m very glad we have Rodri on our team because he always finds himself at the right place at the right time. Gordon deserves his first goal in Barca shirt, I’m happy for him. Getafe weren’t much of an attacking threat so we still need a lot more to do and its gonna be a long season.

Racing never stood a chance! Everytime barca scores a goal I feel so much love and joy amongst the players. The way every single player plays unselfishly and looks out for other players who could use a goal to their name just fills my heart. Winning the match with Cubarsi, Gordon, Fermin and Xavi Espart all on the bench and playing like the best team ever is a massive moment in all barca fans life. We have come a long way since messi left.

Levante2 - 4BarcelonaEven though barca won 4-2 it was still a massive struggle bcs levante had a solid defensive structure and I’m sad to say barca couldn’t really break it. The only reason barca scored 4 is bcs this year they are finally finishing their chances but they were not as dominating in creating chances as they were in the first 5 games. Gordon and Fermin seemed very off but pedri was balling in the crowd. I like how rodri and adeyemi are settling in well. Xavi espart is brilliant and I like how he finds attacking space but I do feel like him getting in behind the space is not letting gordon have too many chances. Raphinha was great and I liked how he didn’t overdo pressing after we were leading bcs he needs to think abt his physicality as well. I think today would’ve been an ideal day for hansi flick to test out long balls into the box. The 2 goals conceded were obviously from defensive errors but overall I’m just glad that we have the squad depth now to take on this long and tiring season of playing low blocks. p.s. xavi espart and adeyemi’s goals were simply brilliant.

Great match. Another good display of Hansi Flick’s philosophy of always outscoring the opponent no matter how many goals conceded. Gordon-Raphinha-Yamal should be our main line-up for important matches as they give their all. Rodri and Adeyemi needs more time to settle in. Xavi Espart is a monster and I hope Barca doesn’t overuse him now and give him timely rests. Defence today missed Gerard Martin and Eric Garcia but still showed how the squad depth is ready to take on all teams this year. High hopes for this year and I can only pray that fatigue and injuries don’t catch up to these players.

Raphinha is hunting for glory this year. No one will be able to stop the Ferminator. Lamine is slowly and surely returning to his best. Gordon and Adeyemi are proving all the doubters wrong and showing why they belong in this team. Pedri is a wizard. Good Debut for Rodri but he still needs a bit time to settle in which i reckon in 2-3 games he’ll be. Gerard Maldini and Pau Cubarsi were so solid that Joan Garcia got no opportunity to shine. Eric Garcia was as versatile as always and Xavi Espart is a gem. It seems Xavi could play any position on the field and always had an attack + ball recovery mindset. He gave me the feeling of Fermin but if he played at the back. Great performance and love the squad depth.
