Chivas I’ve had a long week but this game managed to be one of the more stressful parts. A man down for a half and we still got inconvenienced by the tigers.

Decided to put this on as I finished my ten page final. What was I thinking. Very exciting yet distressing game. While it distracted me from what I was actually doing, I enjoyed despite the loss.

In the span of 12 minutes, Dortmund managed to score two goals after playing subpar football, only to lose that lead right after. Watching this team is a joking, but I give the match an extra half star because I got to witness a Nwaneri bicycle kick, even though it didn’t count.

The last game Messi will ever play for Argentina, and I think his performance sums up his retirement beautifully. He delivered a brace of assists and stepped up to take a great penalty. While he didn’t bag a hattrick or any crazy goals, he stepped up as a leader and made room for the new generation. Lionel Messi will always be the greatest to ever play this sport, and the fact that I grew up watching him play is something I am forever grateful for.

Apparently Tala isn’t the only Mexican goalkeeper making silly mistakes this week. We probably would have drawn if that didn’t happen.
