As much as I want to give this match half a star because of how terrible we played, the match was insane. This is a Clasico unlike whatever that was between Monterrey and Tigres which is why I said in the preview that this one has been one of the biggest rivalries in Mexico within the last few years. I can go on a rant about how terrible we played but instead I’ll do this: Cota: He’s the only reason why we didn’t concede more so I’ll cut him some slack. Kevin Alvarez: Terrible, horrible, affreux, schrecklich, orribile, terrível, ужасный, 恐ろしい, verschrikkelijk, 끔찍한, भयानक, 可怕, fruktansvärd, okropny, korkunç, απαίσιος, khủng khiếp, kauhea, strašný, жахливий, napakasama, and well you basically get the point here. Isreal Reyes: Love him but he was also horrible today. Ramon Juarez: I’m starting to see why Jardine would bench his dumbass. Dagoberto Espinoza: Was decent but then got injured 💔 Cervantes & Sanchez: These two CANNOT play together in midfield again. What I said for Kevin Alvarez can also be applied to him. Cervantes was the better one of the two but like the bar was so fucking low when you have Erick Sanchez next to you. Brian Rodriguez: Very threatening in attack but couldn’t cross the ball for shit. Veiga: He was our best player in that first half. Violante: He was just not good today. Henry Martin: He was actually decent but at the end of the day, he’s still washed. 💔 Subs Cristian Borja: Was decent going forward but again the guy cannot defend for shit. Icaro: So much better in midfield than whatever the fuck Erick Sanchez was doing. Zendejas: The guy has been one of our best players in recent years and he was insane when he came on. Glad he’s finally back from his injury. Perea: Came off the bench and was also insane and even got himself a goal. Miguel Borja: Made his debut and I thought he did well and was even able to get himself a goal 53 seconds after Perea’s. Absolutely EMBARRASSING performance tonight.
