We were shit before the international break and we've somehow come back even worse. Owen Dodgson is actually one of the laziest and worst players i've ever seen in a Mansfield Town shirt since Richard Nartey or Jamie Pardington. Harry Lewis was poor, McLaughlin was shocking, FBT and Deji can hang their heads in shame. Knoyle was really really sloppy in possession, Reed was poor, Hendry was dogshit, Maris was nonexistent, Bolton was okay and Oates was bad. It's incredible how bad a team can be after starting the season well. Hopefully we look into the free agent market for a centre-back because we need one desperately. I love Deji but my god he's been shocking this season. Port Vale weren't any good either. We were just THAT bad. It's very hard to see where our next win is going to come from at the moment, I do fear for the worst right now. Also makes me worry about the future of the club when Clough retires. Giving this one star instead of half a star because @utfb and @natalie made my second half a bit more enjoyable

Incredible photo. Both teams relegated on the final day because they drew 3-3. Alfreton were 3-0 up after 60 minutes and looked certain to stay up, Curzon had created literally nothing until it was 3-0. Which obviously means the most logical thing to happen is Curzon score three to relegate Alfreton. Due to late goals in other games it turns out Alfreton would've been relegated even with a win but Curzon still had a chance if they won, which they must of known because when they made it 3-3 in the 97th minute or whatever because they won the ball back almost instantly, went through on goal and had a shot cleared off the line with the last chance of the game. It's also quite funny that these two ended up meeting on the opening day of the season in the NPL (Curzon won 1-0) Worth mentioning Chris Wilder kindly let former Alfreton keeper George Willis return to the club for this game too. I think he's the U21 coach at Sheffield United? But he had spent the last few years at Alfreton. I think that'll be the only game i'll ever watch where both teams are relegated after drawing with each other

About as bad as it could've gone for Worksop. I don't get why we are trying to walk it into the net against FC United of Manchester of all teams, didn't work in about 572 attempts. Worksop started the game well they were the better side for the first 15 minutes and it looked like it was only a matter of time before a goal happened, which was true! Just not for Worksop. Everything from this was downhill PATHETIC performance from Max Dearnley. He looked a really good signing on paper when he joined from Macclesfield (Was the keeper for them in the 2-1 win against Palace) but just so so embarrassing from him today, the first goal he rushes out and just completely misses where to cover, second goal was hard to tell from where I was but it looked like he took three business days to get down to the ball and the third goal my god. Getting beat at the near post like that. Credit to FCUM though, brought a really good following and they defended really really well, they also sung about Man City's charges for 90 minutes which was quite funny (for the people on here who aren't aware FC United were founded by disaffected Manchester United fans who were protesting against the Glazers) I hope they get a great draw in the next round, they deserve it. I have no idea how they're bottom of the Northern Premier League. Also i want to give a shout out to East Midlands Railway for delaying my train coming home, thanks guys.
