Napoli0 - 1ArsenalMartin. Ødegaard. That was special. I forgot that Allegri ball is literally a black hole, but a professional 3 points.
ArsenalArsenal2 - 1Chelsea
Been off the review game a bit but we are back - what a match! End to end stuff. Really regretting not getting Rogers when we could’ve, those moments change matches. Ø absolutely unplayable today. Great full debut from Konsa, not much else needed to say about the rest of the team, professional.

Crystal Palace1 - 4Man City
Convincing win for city. Cherki is off to a flier. Palace need Sarr to stay or it’s looking dark for them. Regardless, city look set to keep the league interesting as they normally do.

Don’t ask why I watched a 2nd round Carabao Cup game between two midtable sides. It was exactly that.
Leeds
Fulham2 - 3ChelseaThat Chelsea front 3 is something serious! Work probably needed at the back but Caicedo being back will help, look to be serious contenders. Was impressed with Fulham, don’t see the whole going down trend that pundits have been saying. Very entertaining match.
Chelsea
Newcastle2 - 2Liverpool
What a match! 3 wonderful goals and a well taken penalty. Atmosphere was elite, only wish Isak was slightly less anonymous. A good tone setter for the rest of the season for Newcastle, so unfortunate to leave with 1 point.
NewcastleMan City2 - 1Bournemouth
Slow start for city, Cherki and Nunes changed their dynamic. Much needed win for Maresca to get off the mark.

Hull City2 - 0Man United
The Tigers! What a result. Strong at the back, mcburnie industrious, no nonsense when needed. And as a set piece enthusiast.. nothing better.
Hull CityArsenal3 - 0Coventry
Professional performance. Odegaard lively, subs well used by Arteta. A true demonstration of the depth of this squad.
