Why was this on primetime and not Man United Leeds? Okay game, boring again, at this point I’m wondering if it’s Arsenal’s game plan or teams just set up to make the game boring. I think teams would do better if they just made it a basketball game. Arsenal showed again they lack the wingers for end to end football, and are comfortable in a low risk game state. Konsa outshone Gabriel for me here, it will be very hard for Saliba and him to rotate the bench role. Raya was again, excellent, and I thought the Rice and Bruno G pairing was a modern EPL dream. Glasner is worrying me with how stiff his team looks. At Palace he had Wharton and Guehi to simplify his buildup, here he lost Anderson and MGW so Forest look rather blunt. When Neco Williams is your most creative force, I think the manager has to be a little bit braver. Try two strikers up top. Try…well, that’s about it. Looked at the Forest squad and got queasy. Curtis Jones Bergvall would’ve made this a real team. Eze should go to Forest actually. Eze Bakwa swap, why not. I’m tired of seeing him underperform while the rest of the Arsenal players are scrapping away. Gyok is a funny funny concept. Not even a player at this point. In another life, Arteta gets Sesko and Amorim gets his big Gyok. The more I log, the more upset I get at these two squads. Berta and Edu, both destroyers of the sport.

poor bad game very reimiscient of the leeds and villa games. scrappy, players getting stuck in. if you showed me all the fouls konsa recieved this game i woulda thought he got injured. arsenal looked very jaded this game and it shows. once again a very lackluster performance in the first half and that really makes me worried. a better team should and would punish us for that type of showing. i think this season i saw something that the only other time we haven’t registered a shot on target was at villa, and that also was a dreadful game forest put up a compact block of doom that has dragged out the game to the very end. big ups to them, they were incredibly organized and caused us many issues. i don’t want to imagine what they could have done with MGW and somebody other than delap on the transition. glasner definitely tried to take it to us more on the second half. big positive though: arteta has learned to make use of his depth to change the gamestate. this is like the 3rd or 4th game in a row that the subs have saved the game from a draw/loss. for a lot of people, their biggest criticism of him for a while was his inability to make proper subs or waiting till the last possible minute. hopefully this trend continues, especially with the way we’re playing. eze needs to move back into the midfield. even with calafiori today instead of mls he doesn’t look effective off the left. january will be a big window for us as it is very clear we NEED a player with pace again in our front line to stretch the pitch. fairs noni, keep doing that caption for god think konsa put in a solid performance and had a great battle against that forest attack, winning fouls and stopping forest’s momentum. him and deccers for me as MOTM

This Brighton superteam is on a mad one

Fiesty battle at Elland Road. Both teams didn't really have a grip of the game, very end to end. Think Leeds could've got more if they pushed on as Man United looked there for the taking and times. Carrick on very thin ice, has to pick up results quickly.

a much needed win for the reds, im starting to develop a soft spot for this club. great performance from both sides, crazy to see brentford still creating chances and bringing the ball into the box even with 10 or 9 men. liverpool have def let them get slip thru too many times. if it werent for jacquet they wouldve probably conceded more goals speaking of jacquet, what a player. good interceptions, winning challenges. lovely to watch. wirtz with the chances too, they could never make me hate you little cute german boy. and victor munoz, very smart move on backing himself on that goal overall very entertaining match. i think the only time i ever watch a pl match is when liverpool plays. oh well

nice comeback win from liverpool, at least they know how to win when the opponent goes down to 10 men (9 late on in the game). thought that jacquet had a lovely game today, definitely a solid signing for them. felt like they could've scored more today. also barcola reminded me of madueke today (sorry liverpool fans)
