BG Pathum United1 - 3Aston VillaAnother very solid 90 minutes, some of the play was very very good. The youngsters never fail to impress and are getting better and better every game. First half was the Joao Gomes show though, he was absolutely everywhere. Goals from Buendia and Lindelof to practically seal the game in the first half. Second half wasn't as smooth however there were some fluid little plays. BOUBA HAS RETURNED!! WE ARE SAVED. AND WHAT A WAY TO COME BACK WITH A GOAL TOO! Pathum goal was a good finish but it took us being a man down after McGinn took a knock to do so, where he eventually didn't come back on. Garnacho also went off with a bloody mouth before HT. Really hope that McGinn one isn't serious though, he looked in a lot of pain with the way he landed on his knee. MOTM is TJ Carroll as he played the whole game and was very solid throughout. Very good signs for the Villa youth as a whole. Onto Bayern, UTV 💜💙
