It was hard choosing who to root for, a 115% cheating club, or a team that has Ferran? So I decided to root for neither. What WASN'T wrong with City? 1st half they pressured with 0 result. PSG outsmarted that pressure. Instead they had bad positioning, looked random, didn't have chemistry (PSG's was abs FLAWLESS OMG), & js played like bullsh*t 2nd half they came back and dominated it tbh, but with little result because of Semenyo. Smth is seriously wrong with his finish. He was good in other aspects, but when it came to finishing, he flopped every time. 5/10 Haaland was in a 1v11 situation 🥀 2 great & DIFÍCIL goals Although he was just above mid in the 1st half overall 8.5/10 In Akliouche's goal, Donnarumma did the imposible I can't blame him 6/10 Why does Guéhi play football? 🥀💔 3/10 L&R backs were actually pretty solid. Khusa gets a 6.5 & Gvardiol 5.5 The thing about defence tho is that for PSG when it was time to defend, the WHOLE team was there, but for City it was the mid def & maybe the CMs. In a match like this, this is what you MUSTN'T DO. That midfield was HELPLESS in the first half. Enzo was aight but Anderson was HORRIBLE I questioned if he bribed the club to join Until the Moroccan magician came on. Bouaddi was a literal game changer 10/10. He let City breathe in midfield & actually dominate & have 20,000 chances, but they were either blocked from Haaland or striked into nothingness by Semenyo 🤡 He also had an effect on his teammates. Anderson became BETTER & amazing. That duo was crucial & they're better together. Even Enzo started playing better. He had good shots, crossed perfectly, and his passing was WOW. He showed his character 8/10 Cherki was mid, disappointing, & didn't do much 4/10 Doku I was looking forward to watching you. Real nice in the 1st half, needed to stay longer 6.5/10 Yo Ndiaye was a lil slow at first but helped in A LOT OF CHANCES & was a crucial element 8/10 Was it the pressure that Pep was watching?
#SMLSCHEM I do not regret watching this instead of Real Madrid vs Roma. Before the match, I predicted that Man City will win 3-2, but I guess I was just tricked by their match against Liverpool. Wait.. we play them next week? 😃 بصراحة الحلو نقول عليه حلو Safonov wanted to make sure PSG don't miss Donnarumma, & he nailed it. Defence just impeccable except for Marquinhos. The other three were outstanding, ESPECIALLY Pacho. A very amazing & crucial defender. Mesmerised me. Very chill too. A hot take, but if he keeps becoming better in the next few years, he will become one of the best CBs oat. Hakimi & Nuno were absolutely amazing as usual. They were everywhere & did what they had to do very well. & Although Nuno is one of my fav LBs ever, I'd edge it for Hakimi. But I will not forget that defensive header ON THE LINE for Nuno. Just mind blowing. I have no words for that midfield. No I'm not even kidding Vitinha was a BEAUTY. I couldn't believe what I was watching & WHAT AN EXQUISITE GOAL One of the keys that helped PSG win was that the midfield was between their hands. They conquered the tempo of the game, not just controlled it, thanks to Vitinha (people have no business saying he's overrated now). Vitinha marry me Zaïre-Emery was good especially in the 2nd half. Fabián was good too but needed more time. Akliouche was a surprise, & Dembélé was so good but expected more. Kvara did nothing tbh Why even sub Ferran? 🥀 & SINCE WHEN he's the type of player to be trusted with taking a pen? I predicted him missing. I was screaming for Kvara to take it. Justice for Godts he needs play time he was really good in the nations league. Désiré Doué. Perfection. Mind blowing goal & delicious assist. Mankind hasn't created words that can describe how class he was & what a player he is. Merci pour making my eyes happy & making me fall in love with football more & more every day. Very VERY entertaining match. Just pure beautiful football. Enjoyed every minute.
You can't convince me that that wasn't witchcraft masterclass. There's no logical way to explain the match. What the hell did you do in halftime, Flick? I'm f*cking speechless. I can't even say anything. The ratings will speak enough for me. And all that was without The Raphinha.

Small Island with Big Dreams 🦈 Cape Verde every game surprises us more and more honestly and someone please check if Vozinha is actually 40 or no ! No way their defense and entire squad gave everyone a hard time while having current best players on the planet . I genuinely couldn’t believe it, because I don’t know Argentina are bad or Cape Verde are so good that they make other teams look average . This match going to extra time is the last thing I expected, honestly Cape Verde showed the world what playing with your soul for the badge could do and where it can take you. Today, we almost witnessed arguably the biggest upset in world cup history. Cape Verde defend but they defend to do something, and when they attack, they sting where it hurts most which is even more impressive, I am still shocked. The only things that was expected and it happened it is that Argentina won at the end, but they needed to give 200% to win. So happy for Messi, yet so sad for Cape Verde, their passion and unexpected performance will truly be missed and forever remembered. Cape Verde were the secret sauce to this tournament, they were the team that showed big nation’s weaknesses, they were the reason that big nations changed a lot of things. The emotions during this match were all over the place, it was something special and cannot be described what so ever, only people watched the game will ever understand. Cape Verde, welcome to history and you can leave with your heads up.. 🇦🇷🇨🇻
